Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Operations (Operations Manager and Site Managers) to efficiently run sustainable and continuous improvement programs to achieve Operational Excellence (one of Yara’s Strategic pillars).
• Provide clear and consistent management information – both qualitative and quantitative – for the purpose of sustained productivity improvement in YSM sites.
• Assist YSM sites in following up on performance and productivity improvement goals.
• Promote locally Lean implementation and strive for continuous improvement.

-Lead and provide support to develop palets & bag tests in the sites, generating professional reports. -Improve claim management process for Yara Mexico.

• Support operations management with analysis, benchmarks and identified productivity gaps.
• Support the development of site specific improvement initiatives to achieve the ambitious CRC/tn targets.
• Interpret and analyze extensive data sources to identify waste and cost saving opportunities, including EVOCON analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports(CRC, CRC/Tm, TPDMH, off-spec and customer complaints) for the sites and perform analyzes.
• Support successful development of all productivity projects through the creation of structured processes and methodology.
• Provide specific training, coaching and guidance for local productivity specialists in performance monitoring, data collection, analysis and presentation.
• Participate in team briefings, ‘tool box’ talks and safety briefings as and when required, ensuring that critical information such as shared learning is communicated and understood.

– Ensure that Yara’s Golden Rules and Safety Management Principles for YSM sites are fully understood, communicated and adhered to.

• Carry out Safety Walks and WOC’s at the agreed frequency and participate in any other form of safety audit or inspection as and when required.
• Promote the way of working into the ethics and compliance norms.
• Lead the development of a culture oriented to safe and efficient work.
