Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Yardsy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, solving their problems, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and making changes to existing services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Yardsy’s services and offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Continuously improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date with company news and best practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, within the landscaping or home services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
HubSpot knowledge is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
