About The Role

Yes Hearing is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The role will include extensive communication with customers and hearing experts to coordinate appointments times, provide ongoing support, ensure customer satisfaction and helping to coordinate our network of freelance hearing specialists.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can assist customers and schedule requests through efficient, friendly and professional administrative support services. The role will combine elements of customer service specialist and office management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with customers and a wide network of hearing experts before, during and after the sale to answer questions, provide updates, help, schedule appointments, provide clarity on timing and services, request reviews, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Schedule, track and monitor appointments and work done by our network of hearing experts
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand customer issues and needs, and gain a complete understand of how we operate
• Update customer information and compose notes in the customer service database during and after each customer interaction

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service and office management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, enthusiastic and independent
• Excited to work at a rapidly evolving company to change the broader healthcare landscape.
