Clerical Support Coordinator needed for an opportunity with Yoh’s client in Burbank, CA.

This is a 3 month, contract position with the possibility of extension.

$18 per hour pay rate.

Remote position in Burbank, CA.

Must provide proof of vaccination.

Must be able to provide proof to work in the US.

Description:
This position is to support our client’s Music Production team. It is primarily administrative – responsibilities include, but are not limited to updating Excel spreadsheets, organizing and maintaining start paperwork for musicians and singers, researching union claims, and other various projects as assigned. Our ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, comfortable working in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and is interested in the music/entertainment industry!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in engaging all music hires.
• Assist with work on all contracts – some international.
• Generate new contracts as needed.
• Receiving, confirming, and logging invoices.
• Update Smartsheet database.
• Draft Studio Facilities Agreements.
• Draft Employment Agreements.
• Draft basic amendments.
• Maintain and update templates and forms.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the music industry is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree related to the media and entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be detail oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines and be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
