Yolo Foot Spa Hiring for Scheduler/Front Desk at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

A Body and Foot Massage Shop in Silver Lake, Los Angeles is looking for a bubbly and responsible FRONT DESK ADMIN who can perform daily tasks such as making appointments, receiving and making calls/texts/messages, greeting customers, keeping up with the cleanliness of the shop, and building relationships with clients. We are a growing massage business with an excellent 5 star review on Yelp. We are looking to hire dedicated and professional people for the front desk who possess excellent customer service skills and who don’t mind working in a fast-paced and busy environment. The best performers at this job are intelligent, flexible, energetic, confident, and able to work with a variety of personalities. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, booking appointments, answering and making phone calls, responding to messages (text, emails, yelp), confirming appointments, filing, taking payments, and always maintaining composure. This is a part time position consisting of 25-35 hours a week. Need to be available weekdays/nights and weekends. We will train the right candidates (paid training).

Some daily tasks include:

• Effectively and efficiently books appointments via phone calls, text messages, yelp and email
• Greets guests in a welcoming manner as they enter the shop
• Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments.
• Maintaining a good relationship with the massage therapists & fellow employees
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
• Maintains client files (electronically).if needed
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weekends (Sat & Sun)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Familiar with basic knowledge of a computer
• Have a positive attitude.
