Education:
High School Diploma. The applicant must have a Pesticide Technician Certificate or enroll in an MOE approved Pesticide Technician Program and successfully complete the same within a 60 day *trial/probationary period. The training will be provided by the University at no expense to the incumbent.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ recent grounds care and maintenance experience, including some knowledge of the maintenance requirements of plant materials OR equivalent combination of experience and academic training.

Knowledge of maintenance requirements of plant materials. Applicant for this position must satisfactorily complete a practical assessment pertaining to basic knowledge in grounds keeping.
