York University Looking for Shelving Summer Assistant at Toronto, ON Full Time

Purpose:
Provide shelving, picking and space maintenance support in Scott, Steacie and Bronfman Libraries.

Education:
High School Diploma.

Experience:
Some experience providing customer service to the public.

Skills:
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Notes:
Ability to move e.g. bending, reaching and lift library materials of varying weights when re-shelving books, pushing and pulling loaded book trucks. Requires periods of standing and lifting books.
