The roles we have available are:

Claims Lodgement Advisor

• Help our customers in their time of need with the lodgement process of claims
• Problem solving on a daily basis to reach the right outcome for our clients and Youi
• Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and our assessing team to ensure the smooth processing of each claim
• Act in accordance with legislative and company requirements at all times
• Use your passion for customer service and your exceptional communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

Inbound Sales Advisor

• Sell the benefits of our products – no cold calling!
• Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
• Deliver awesome service
