We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work flexible hours in a fast paced logistics company.

Role responsibilities include:

• Transport and dispatch responsibility in a Biopharma Logistics company
• Handle import/export/same day distribution
• Take on challenges
• Quick learner, ambitious, highly organised and efficient
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organisation and management of customer accounts
• Knowledge of airlines
• Maintaining communication with customers and agents
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
• Ability to build rapport with potential new clients
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information

Person specifications:
We need someone who can work full time and flexible hours when required, works well in a team and punctual.

As this is an entry-level position, no previous experience is necessary
