As a Program Coordinator, you have the opportunity to gain experiences in the following areas:

1. Recruit and manage mentors and mentees for the mentorship program

2. Match mentors with mentees based on their interests and needs

3. Develop and implement program policies and procedures 

4. Track program metrics and report on program outcomes to stakeholders

5.Provide ongoing support to mentors and mentees throughout the program
