Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in product marketing.
- Experience with B2C campaigns, media planning, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a technology sector or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience working in Mexico and other Latin American markets.

As a Product Marketing Manager for YouTube, you will be responsible for setting and managing YouTube B2C Marketing Campaigns. You will engage and grow our user community focusing on promoting YouTube, YouTube Premium, and YouTube Music by leading integrated marketing programs and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will contribute by translating business objectives into marketing strategies that build and move our user, creators, and artist community.

Responsibilities
- Utilize consumer insights to build comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for YouTube, YouTube Premium, and YouTube Music products and features.
- Conceptualize, structure, and deliver YouTube, YouTube Premium, and YouTube Music integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with YouTube Global and Regional Marketing teams.
- Partner with creators, artists, labels, and other entertainment industry agents in creating awareness and engagement efforts.
- Synthesize users, creators, artists trends, behaviors, and needs into insightful reports and presentations.
