This is a full-time, permanent position working 75 hours biweekly.
The Hearing Services Unit provides diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing screenings, hearing aid evaluation and dispensing, hearing aid repairs, and assistive listening devices to the general public (children and adults).
Reporting to the Manager, Hearing Services, this position performs a range of technical and administrative support duties. With a strong customer service focus, this position provides information and education to clients on hearing aids and accessories and troubleshoots complaints and repairs. The position will also perform reception duties, including scheduling and managing appointments, perform accounts payable and receivable, and records management functions.
