This posting will be used to fill a 2 term full-time position working 75 hours biweekly. This competition will also be used to fill anticipatory permanent, term and AOC positions that may become available.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications listed below – specifically – how your work experiences and related duties align with these essential qualifications. Degree in communications, public relations or journalism;
Considerable experience developing and implementing communications strategies;
Experience writing for various audiences and media;
Experience dealing with complex and strategic issues; and
Communications experience in a government or large organizational setting
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Job Requirements:
Occasional travel within the territory is required. Extended periods of time working at a desk including extended screen time working with computers and other devices.
