This is a seasonal position, typically working from April to October. We are recruiting 1 Park Attendant position to service parks within the Watson Lake Region however we may have additional Park Attendant opportunities in other Yukon regions. Candidates who certify on this competition will be placed on an eligibility list which may be utilized to staff other positions.

Experience performing general grounds maintenance
Experience performing minor maintenance and repairs to buildings/facilities
Experience providing client service to the public
Experience operating chainsaws and brush saws will be considered an asset
Experience working independently in remote areas will be considered an asset

Additional Information:
The incumbents of these positions are expected to work weekends and report from their headquarters area. This is a reoccurring seasonal position that enjoys leave benefits as well as extended health care options.
Conditions of Employment: Valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s licence.
Job Requirements: Physical work in outdoor remote settings, including weekends and holidays, in all weather conditions.
