Reporting to the Team Leader of Gadzoosdaa Residence, this position works as part of a team responsible for establishing a framework that provides students with the support, understanding and guidance needed to thrive while away from home by providing a safe, caring and enriched living experience that inspires each student to realize his/her potential by providing opportunities that foster intellectual, physical, social and emotional competencies needed to lead a fulfilling life. This position is also responsible for office administration and building maintenance coordination.

Essential Qualifications

Post-secondary coursework in Education, Social Work, Recreation or Counseling

Experience working with youth in a cross-cultural environment

Experience planning, coordinating and implementing programs

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
