As Supervisor of Support Services, you will contribute to an integral part of our program by leading a team and managing daily operations of the Support Services Unit. Teamwork and strong supervisory skills are an integral part of your position and of our branch. In your role, you will support managers and teams across the Yukon by providing accurate and timely administrative information to keep our locations running efficiently. Your coordination skills will be highly valued as you: oversee the support services team; provide senior-level support to the Director and branch managers; contribute towards staffing/scheduling decisions; and many other areas of the branch as per operational requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

Education and training in Business Administration, Office Administration or Human Resources
Extensive experience leading a team and providing direction, training and advice in a client service environment
Considerable experience supervising the delivery of administrative services and support
Experience working with computer-based financial management and information systems is considered an asset
Working with large complex staffing schedules is considered an asset
Candidates who have education, training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered
