The Department of Education is looking for a Transportation and Facilities Officer to join our team. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to the public, employees, and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for administering and resolving school and branch-related transportation issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, will be solution-orientated, and a strong critical thinker. They will be able to work effectively with regular interruptions and changing priorities. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Essential Qualifications
Course work in Business Administration
Experience with customer service in a busy office setting
Experience with issue management and resolution
Experience in finance including contract management
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
