My client is a leader in its market, showing positive growth through these challenging times.

They are looking for an Area Manager for retail stores, this person will be responsible for successfully driving sales revenue in the Irish market, whilst building and leading high-performing teams throughout the area. To be considered for this position you must have an extensive retail background, and having previously managed a min of 15-20 stores within a leading cosmetic, luxury or high street fashion. We are looking for a sales and customer focused leader who is passionate about a high demanding environment and who enjoys working as part of a team.

THE ROLE

The Area Manager for retail stores will build performance and strategically drive sales and profitability within stores whilst retaining the customer at the heart of what they do. The Area Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to maximise the opportunities within the region. You will manager up to 20 stores or more within your remit in the ROI market.

Responsibilities;

• Lead, inspire and develop your people
• visual merchandising and be hands on with store visits, supporting and educating your management team.
• Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with the brand values
• lead with a positive work culture, promoting continuous improvement
• Develop and invest in talent to develop future Managers in the business.
• Have excellent planning and communication skills to remotely drive this business is your own through the business standards.
• Ability to manage from afar due to the demands of your geographical region to get the best of Managers to exceed on individual store kpi’s and targets daily.

Package:

Offering a highly competitive starting salary of €64,000 – €72,000 experience depending + company car and lots of extra’s to discuss directly.
