Job Description:
Zachry Group is seeking a Payroll/Track Clerk to assist in the processing of weekly payroll in conformance with established payroll procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Researches and verifies contractor employee schedules, worked hours, and tracks all customer billable hours
• Organizes and maintains files of records and correspondence of both a routine and confidential nature
• Perform others duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma

TWIC card required

Must be able to complete general safety training and pass the testing

• Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in Payroll and/or Track
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs: Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
• Must have a solid customer service orientation, accuracy, mathematical reasoning skills, good verbal and written communication skills
• Good work ethic and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with shifting priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects or tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
• Demonstrate creative problem solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong proof-reading skills
