ZATA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is looking to fill an entry level Office Assistant for our Worcester office. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Office administration:
– Filing, copying, faxing, answer phones, mail distribution
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Troubleshoot Copy Machine, Scanner, Phones to ensure Office is running smoothly
– Preparing for meetings and special events
– Maintain computer and manual filing systems
– Assist with miscellaneous projects
Requirements:
– No prior experience required
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Customer service & teamwork skills
– Strong organizational & planning skills
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Personal initiative
– Flexibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $16.57 – $19.76 per hour
