We need some amazing, creative people to join our Zazzle family on the late shift team! The shift time in Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week 5:00 AM -1.30 PM.
Zazzle prides itself on creating an amazing, fun, easy, social and reliable service. You must be willing to take a fresh approach as you respond to customer inquiries via e-mail only. You do not need previous contact centre experience just a passion for customers. Start date, October 25th 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with our customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Zazzle experience
• Methods include only e-mails !
• Help customers in a professional and timely manner including but not limited to:
• Process return orders
• Cancellations
• Replacements
• Promotional offers
• Order updates
• Design help
• Website navigation

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent IT and typing skills
• Proven success of managing difficult customer situations
• Team oriented and works well with others
• Quick learner and able to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail, can multi-task and is organised
