About the Role – HR Recruitment Executive

We are a bunch of energetic, creative, and humble human beings who need an experienced HR Recruitment Executive to support our Operations team with ongoing recruitment and HR tasks.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the successful candidate will have a demonstrable experience in recruitment and an interest in health & wellbeing, possess excellent written and oral communication, organisational skills, and professionalism.

Duties:

• Recruitment and on-boarding activity support; including advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and managing the on boarding process.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates to support through the onboarding process.
• Continuously source for candidates for open positions and build candidate pipeline
• Manage reference checks and other compliance requirements at offer stage
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Preparation of reports relating to recruitment.
• Submission of work permit applications for candidates where required.
• Co-ordinate day-to-day HR administrative activities for the Business Operations Manager and COO
• Compliance – ensuring employee files and records are up to date.
• Maintain, update and input employee records to the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure all information is accurate.
• HR Administrative support to the business.
• Revise company policies
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Diary management for leadership team
• Be point of contact for all administration queries
• Provide support to COO across multiple functions within the business
• Any other duties as assigned by line manager.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• 3rd level qualification in relevant discipline
• Experience working in a fast paced recruitment role
• Excellent organisational skills: effective and efficient use of time and resources to meet all deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in workplace wellness
• Good time management and customer service skills, ability to multi-task and prioritisation of tasks essential
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility, and taking on duties as assigned.

• Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
