Position Description:

This person will be responsible for providing basic data entry support of Kadince platform. Execute routine data entry and data deletion tasks by collecting, reviewing, and amending pre-determined data points for Community-Based Organization records in Kadince. Data points include, but are not limited to, links to program area, annual reports, and current contact information. Role will operate under direct supervision with narrow independence of action.

Position Accountabilities

· Collect pre-determined data points from websites and other sources

· Translate data accurately in Kadince platform

· Reviewing data points for accuracy

· Be responsible for accuracy and clarity of final results

· Operate computer and online systems

Position Qualifications:

Education & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Knowledge & Skills:

· High degree of professionalism

· Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Office Suites

· Proficient in excel

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Flexible, able to adapt to change

· Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
