We are looking for an experienced security and/or law enforcement professional to join our Corporate Security Team as a Corporate Security Manager. This is a newly established hybrid role where your generalist mindset will be on full display as you lead or contribute across multiple disciplines that protect people, and rapidly growing businesses and new initiatives. You will represent Corporate Security in the development of programs that enable seamless escalation, assessment, and resolution of threats targeting consumer facing employees and brands. In addition to many business leaders, your key partners will be across Risk, HR, IT, Information Security, Legal, and Facilities Management. This role will report directly to the Director of Corporate Security.

You will lead or contribute on one or more of the following programs:

1. Enterprise wide physical security access control program:

• Design, implement, and constantly improve physical security and safety standards across the enterprise
• Serve as primary point of contact to troubleshoot, resolve, and/or coordinate with IT any issues impacting the smooth operations of access control hardware or programs

2. Mortgage and Wire Fraud Investigations:

• Lead and contribute on investigations involving criminal or anomalous activities targeting Zillow Home Loans and Closing Services lines of business
• Represent Corporate Security on cross functional teams that develop mitigation strategies to protect mortgage and closing service lines of business.

3. Corporate Office Security Operations:

• Serve as Corporate Security’s primary point of contact for site leadership and business partners to raise people safety and security related issues, including workplace violence threats, suspicious persons or activities, and theft.
• Represent Corporate Security on crisis and emergency management teams at site and enterprise level

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $88,600.00 – $141,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years of physical security, investigative, or law enforcement experience
• Previous professional experience in the banking industry or high tech environment is a Big plus.
• Previous experience working in or leading a Security Operations Center is a BIG plus.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts desired and certification is a plus such as PMP
