Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and distributing incoming courier documents, deal with suppliers for quoting price and negotiation
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers such as cleaners, office supplies orders such as stationery, printed matters, pantry items, furniture
- Responsible for maintenance of office equipment and renewal of maintenance contracts
- Maintain records for movement of staff and fixed assets
- Handle administration/maintenance issues with building management.
- Greeting visitors when necessary
- Responsible for reservation of conference rooms, maintain tidiness of reception and meeting rooms
- Handle enquiries from management office
- Coordinate Health and Safety
Who we are looking for
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year working experience as receptionist and administration assistant
- Excellent telephone manner and pleasant outlook
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English
