Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvements based on business needs and work to their implementation
• Provide guidance and support to users
• Communicate/ train changes, improvement etc. to the users
• Maintain the sales targets quarterly process
• Run, consolidate, organise and desseminate data and analysis
• Analyze performance supporting data (application usage, pipeline, etc), identify gaps and raise flags as required
• Generate KPI reports for management forecasting

Who we are looking for

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales, experience in Logistics highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel, as well as Power BI (or equivalent)
