Key Responsibilities

• Answer call within 3 rings and attend to customer enquiries promptly
  Attend customer urgent request within 2hrs
• For other overseas enquiry within 24hrs
• Guide customer with VGM submission
• Request Shipping Instruction from customers via email or E-Commerce portal 72hrs prior to vessel arrival
• Forward to manual SI to Doc_Center for data entry into AgenTeam and monitor processing within 9 hours
• Retrieve EDI Shipping Instruction submitted via e-Commerce from AgenTeam
• After Doc-Center completed the process, print BL draft and Proforma Invoice for customer to check
• Follow up with Doc_Center if any amendment
• Prepare shipping certificate and review clauses, if any
• Submit 24hrs manifest ruling as per regulations
• Print Onboard list upon vessel departure, ensure containers are loaded and POD, seal no. and VGM are correct
• Print final BLs and invoices for customer collection
• Submit Manifest Reconciliation Statement to New Zealand Customs within 14 days after vessel sailed
• Update/filing for records purpose
• Any request for Manifest Corrector has to be handled within 24 hours upon request

Who we are looking for

• Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
• Shipping knowledge
• Able to work under pressure, ability to meet date line
• Good customer service orientation
• Fluent in written and spoken English
