What You Can Expect
The Salesforce Engineer acts as a support analyst and system
developer. The role will work closely with key business and IT
stakeholders to convert business and functional requirements into
technical solutions. The role will support the implementation of CRM
across EMEA, plus provide ongoing technical support of projects and
applications with the commercial sales and commercial excellence
functions across EMEA.
How You Create Impact
Works closely with the key business and IT stakeholders todevelop and configure systems to meet business and functionalrequirements.
Developing customised solutions within theSalesforce platform.
Designing, coding and implementingSalesforce applications.
Function as an advanced SalesforceAdministrator understanding configuration, workflows, security,deployment, and custom objects.
Maintaining the securityand integrity of the application software.
Development andexecution of test plans for functionality release.
Continuous enhancement and optimisation of the CRM system andprocesses in strong collaboration with the wider CRM technical andfunctional teams.
Strong collaboration with the Global CRM team and Centre ofExcellence to ensure alignment to governance standards,development standards, release cycles and CRM future stateactivities.
Follows software development life cycle(SDLC) methodology and best practices.
Documentconsistently and accurately on all projects and developments. Alltechnical documentation should be complete, understandable andaccessible.
Strives for continuous improvement of knowledgeand skill sets to include new technologies relevant to approvedprojects or special projects as assigned.
Understandindustry best practices for CRM and Salesforce, to ensure strongsystem features for ZB, whilst maintaining subject matter expertiseof Salesforce.
To support projects and applications withinthe commercial excellence and commercial sales functions.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
English Speaking
Salesforce AdministratorCertification preferred but not required.
SalesforceDeveloper Certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Lightning Platform and implementations.
Experience of middleware/ETL tools, including Informatica, Tibcoand Mulesoft.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as aSalesforce Administrator including configuration anddeployment.
What Will Make You Successful
Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administratorincluding configuration and deployment.
Experience usingSalesforce tools (data loader, excel connector, demand tools,Eclipse IDE, Git)
Previous work experience with applicationand software development and configuration.
Given a set ofrequirements, the candidate can design, plan and implement a codedsolution
Strong communication skills – both written andoral
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, going beyondwhat is asked for and applying own critical and technicalthinking.
Team player, high degree of flexibility andresponsiveness, to changing inputs in a fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixedworking environment.
Ability to problem solve high-levelsoftware and application issues.
