Order Entry Specialist:

Responsible for taking down and processing orders for medical device merchandise. Orders are primary received in physical mail or via email ques and are presented in either a standardized ERP format or handwritten order form provided by the customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transfer customer information from order input to process in system.
• Complete fields such as name, address, account number, order configuration, item number and other relevant information.
• Input data into computer.
• Route orders to proper location within facility
• Verify customer requests and special instructions
• Ability to interpret written customer requests/complaints

Education:

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Prior Data Entry experience
