Steel Fabrication & Erection company is looking to hire a permanent, full time Administrative Assistant.

We are searching for an experienced person to assist our office with customer service, purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.

We are looking to hire an organized, enthusiastic person that pays attention to detail and has computer and technology skills.

We are a very stable, family orientated company.

Some duties for this position:

Answer incoming calls & greet walk-in visitors

Accounts Receivable / Invoicing customers with knowledge of AIA billing

Accounts Payable & Purchase Orders

Maintain project files

Update & track inventory

Order & track rented equipment

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

Effective verbal & written communication skills

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Attention to detail & organized

Ability to multi-task

Punctual, dependable with the ability to meet deadlines is a must.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: Pay is based on experience
