The role
As a Senior Engineer in the Data & Risk team, you will guide and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to deliver the Engineering and Product roadmap, you will develop, support, provide technical guidance to the engineering squad to reduce complexity and work with our internal Decisioning Rule based Engine.
You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager in a triad to discover and validate technical problems and ensure solutions can balance between long term ambitions and near term goals.
You will be working in the acquisition flow, and converting business requirements into code bases to help out customers when signing up to Zip.
To help us level up, you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in .NET framework, .NET core & RESTful APIs
- Solid experience using AWS
- Experience with microservices
- Experience on Agile Development, Design Patterns, TDD
- Experience working with postgres and MSSQL
Desirable skills:
- Experience with event-based architecture (preferably kafka)
- Experience with Graph db like Neo4j
- Experience with Terraform, Newrelic, Sonar Cloud
