Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the review and input of information into the database, creation of litigation documents, copying, scanning, and the redacting of documents. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Review various documents from clients and/or debtors
- Properly enter and record information into various systems and databases
- Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the department, and the Firm
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Data entry and/or administrative experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Typing skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Physical Qualifications:
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/ or in writing.
- Be able to operate a computer, phone and/or equivalent devices
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40 hour flexible workweek schedule
- Be able to lift five pounds or more
