Commercial Banking is focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities. We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations.
Wholesale Lending Services (“WLS”) is a global organization of over 2000 that supports nearly $900 billion in lending commitments across all four lines of business. It is a Commercial Banking function aligned with the Wholesale Technology platforms as well as the Firmwide External Reporting Controller for Wholesale Lending.
Provide thought leadership and technical leadership in the area of UX design aspects.
Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to collaborate with others and bring consensus in crafting and implementing your technical vision.
Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions.
Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.
Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of UX experience
• Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Figma
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methods, motion design or video or an interest in learning those skills
• User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
• Understanding of how design translates to code
• Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Understanding of accessibility and the ability to apply that to designs
• Open minded, collaborative and flexible work style
• Comfortable receiving feedback and critiques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of UX and the rationale behind your research process and design decisions
