Responsibilities:
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, ground transportation and logistics. Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating social events, planning small events, and making dinner reservations. Assist with domestic logistics, including hiring onsite help and arranging deliveries. Research itineraries, international travel policies, and other complex matters. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
10-20 hours per week
Requirements:
3-5 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including comfort with managing multiple time zones and strong proficiency with Google Calendar. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to find creative solutions where necessary.
