We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Customer Service to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and Customer Service representative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and interact with customers and park members in a positive manner via telephone, e-mail and in-person
– Handle general office duties and maintain an organization system for files and binders
– Customer service representative; handle in- store purchases made by customers
– Taking over the phone or in store payments
– Schedule appointments and Trailer sale viewings
– Maintain bookkeeping records, collect monthly fees, make bank deposits and file proper daily paperwork ( cashing out register, batching credit card machine)
– Enforce park rules and regulations, any violations, to be filed
– Perform all other office task, ie use of scanners, fax machines, laminators,
– Allowance of petty cash to purchase supplies for in store purchases, bank deposit runs, any travel for work purposes, gas money will be reimbursed
– AND most importantly have fun!!
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and organization skills
– Great customer relations
– Team player but also highly capable of working with oneself
Contract length: 7 months
Expected start date: 2022-03-31
