Position Summary

As the Operations Manager you will work closely with the Director of Operations, Inventory & Logistics Manager, and Logistics Coordinator. We are seeking a proactive, smart and hyper organized individual with exceptional problem solving skills to manage the daily operations.

This person will have superior knowledge and experience in:

• The apparel and fashion industry.

• Global eCommerce and B2B operations and fulfilment.

• Inventory management and processes.

• Project management.

• Process improvement and workflow mapping.

• Systems and integrations, eCommerce (Shopify), ERP, WMS.

• Cross border logistics and working with 3PL fulfilment/distribution centres.

• Complex problem solving, solution oriented.

• Creating reports, analyzing data, and using excel.

• Cross team collaboration.

• Juggling many balls at the same time without dropping a single one

• Being a quick, responsive, and clear communicator

• Getting stuck in, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and help out where needed.

• You’re a whizz when it comes to excel!

• You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You’re going to take ownership of your time and workflow and truly make a difference.

• You love slow fashion and living a sustainable lifestyle.

• You have experience working within Google Sheets.

• You have experience within the fashion industry and understand the complexities of style/color/size variations and batches.

• Making coffee at your home office—this position works remotely.
