1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking happy, hard-working individuals across BC to join our Remote Inbound Sales Agents team. We currently employ over 250 agents across Canada to answer the calls when our customers dial 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

As the voice of our company, you are our customers’ first point of contact when they call you. You are the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk “disappear” by answering questions, overcoming any obstacles, and booking estimates for our truck teams.

Inside Sales Agent – Exceptional Customer Service (Work From Home)

• Hiring Immediately for our November 14, 2022 Training Class
• Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week!
• Availability for 4 shifts at 10/10.5 hours from Saturday to Tuesday starting between 6:00 am-8:00 am PST
• Earn $16.50/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month!)

About the role:

• You’ll be the first point of contact when a potential customer calls 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
• You receive inbound calls only – there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Customers call in for various reasons such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to go out to quote the customer and take away their items

Training:

• All new agents start on Monday, November 14, 2022, when we welcome approx 10-15 new agents from across Canada! This is a great way to connect with others and get to know the trainer, other team members, and the company,
• You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success to take customer calls and work with the technology to book jobs.
• After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team of about 15 remote agents that is led by a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow. We have a lot of growth opportunities within our organization!

What You Bring to the Table

• Availability to start on Monday, November 14, 2022, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training from 7:00 am-3:00 pm PST
• Available to work 4 remote shifts/week at 10/10.5 hours from Saturday to Tuesday starting between 6:00am-8:00am PST
• A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, & good personal computer with min 8GB memory
• A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 40wpm
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer software for booking customer jobs
• Previous experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, retail, call center, or other relevant experience a plus!
