Our client is a large, national company in one of the vital primary industries of New Zealand. Due to increased workload, they are now looking for an office assistant to assist with duties for the accounts payable team located in their Penrose office.
This is a Mon – Fri full-time temporary contract. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, getting invoices approved, receipting, and other similar duties. Attention to detail, accuracy, good record keeping and maths skills would be your keys to succeed.
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in SAP ideally, otherwise previous experience in accounts would be essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who enjoys the accounts side of things and wishes to further their career in this area whilst working with one of the best employers in NZ with a tremendous team culture.
