Due to internal (and international) promotion, they are seeking a strong, proven operations supervisor to lead their well establish Mount Wellington manufacturing team.

###The Role:

Direct & coordination the multiple production and operational teams daily operations to facilitate the efficient processing of materials and manufacturing of products.

###About You

* You need to have an excellent understanding of manufacturing & production teams

* You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role within this environment

* Ideally you will be a leader from Print, Plastics or Packaging manufacturing

* You will understand and implement lean principles.

* Have the ability to empower, inspire, leader and communicate

* You are a culture making leader

* Strong understand of Occupational Health & Safety Systems

* Experience in developing and improving SOPS

* The ability to establish Multi level relationships across the business

* Sound mechanical reasoning and problem solving abilities
