Chiropractic Office in Fort Lauderdale needs Chiropractic/Medical Front Desk Office Manager to help manage and be responsible for but not limited to:
Answering a multi-line phone
Scheduling patient appointments electronically
Insurance verification using Availity, United Healthcare sites.
Maintaining office files and patient records electronic and paper
Ordering supplies
Escorting patients to exam and therapy rooms
Helping in rehab/therapy area .Performing modalities, ems and ultrasound on patients.
Prepping rooms for patients following all covid guidelines
Controlling accounts receivables/balancing daily and weekly totals
Collecting co-pays and deductibles from patients
Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. Communication with attorneys, doctor offices and hospitals. Some marketing in house and community events
***TWO YEARS MEDICAL, CHIROPRACTIC,ORTHOPEDIC OR NEUROLOGY EXPERIENCE HELPFUL. !! Manager must be punctual, and a team player, Must have a reliable car. Must be able to work until 7PM
Greeting patients with a smile and answering phones in a friendly manner is a must for our front desk manager. Excellent communication skills and high energy are requirements for our front desk manager. You must be able to multi-task. Experience with billing and collections would be desirable. You must be computer savvy know Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Experience with EMR is a requirement. Chiro Quick Charts very helpful. Hippa compliance experience required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. References required and will be checked.
