The client is developing an order book-centric Decentralised Exchange (DEX) trading protocol that is secured by Ethereum, utilising a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) structure that has full control over its treasury. As a next-gen DEX, the client aims to make decentralised exchange trading mainstream and accessible to all, with key features such as Order Book Trading, Leverage Capabilities, and Super-fast Transaction Times amongst others.

The Role

In this role you will:

• Participate in the design of the Desktop / Mobile interface of our products, ensuring that the quality of the project is top-notch.
• Use good product awareness, design principles and design process to ensure design consistency and implementation for our product’s look and feel.
• Ensure that our product’s various mediums incorporating design – website, marketing materials, presentations, app etc. has strong visual expression, congruence and excellence – utilising design skills across the spectrum including hand-drawn art form.
• Provide creative design solutions to achieve goals across various disciplines including – marketing, website design, app design, UIX etc.
• Fully understand the needs of products and business parties, and have clear design ideas. Able to efficiently communicate and fully collaborate with product/operation/interaction/development, and quickly solve practical problems.
• Pay attention to cutting-edge trends, master various visual design rules, output UI interface/visual solutions with high efficiency and high quality, and put forward feasible suggestions from the perspective of visual presentation and user experience.

Ideal Profile

• You have Bachelor’s degree or above in the following disciplines: Visual Communication, Art Design, Fine Arts, New Media and other related fields.
• Curiously passionate about Blockchain, Cryptography and related technologies.
• More than 3 years of relevant design experience, a solid understanding of cross-platform design systems. Major plus if from the Blockchain / Crypto industry.
• Strong aptitude for various design software to achieve the desired outcome.
• Experience and aptitude product and interactive design ideas, able to assess the feasibility of the design.
• Attention to details down to pixel level, with good skills in producing hand-drawn art forms. Experience with animations and C4D would be a major plus.
• Excellent oral communication skills, to ensure superb coordination of assignment timelines, expectations and outcomes. Proactive attitude with the potential to lead assignments with minimal supervision.
• Possess personal ownership, continuous learning, proactive attitude, teamwork and a strong drive to succeed
