We’re looking for a customer focused, high performing location Supervisor to join our exceptional Queenstown Location and continue our success. We are seeking dedicated professionals to grow our new location.

About the role

The role of Location Supervisor is to maintain location presentation and performance. The role is pivotal in the day to day operations of the Branch Office and is responsible for the overall operational requirements of the Branch

The role is full time permanent and hours of work will be as per the branch operational requirements.

Key Results

•  The Supervisor will be responsible for the preparation and achievement of branch financial and operating plans, ensuring they are established, monitored and evaluated, and business activity is reported to the General Manager on a monthly basis. 
• Plan and actively drive all yield management activities ensuring most effective utilisation and turnaround of vehicles in line with business demands. 
• Deliver exceptional service quality in line with business standards. 
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new business customers.
• The Supervisor shall be responsible for the effective management and development of branch staff. 
• The  Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring that branch operations conform to established operating systems and procedures. 
• The  Supervisor shall be responsible for all rental vehicles and company assets within his/her locations. 

To be considered for this position you should posses

• Ideally hold a qualification in management and have proven administrative experience. Professional Experience 
• Knowledge of Branch operations 
• Previous experience  including hiring and training of staff 
• Proven Project Management skills 
• Evidence of managing the logistics in maintaining, servicing and planning of a fleet of vehicles 
• local knowledge and relevant experience 
• Have proven and successful sales experience. Skills 
• Excellent people management skills – to manage all aspects of the team, reporting on performance, setting rosters and all other issues 
• Financial and marketing skills with an appreciation of cost centre management. 
• Have proven ability to lead, manage and communicate. 
• Sales & Marketing skills 
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
• Relationship Building skills Competencies Primary
