Tasks

Responsibilities

• Strong computer skills
• Check for accuracy and be able to turn around quickly
• Maintain a clear understanding of processing requirements
• Perform other administrative duties including filing and copying

Collecting information from customers and clients Entering data into the central database Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of refTransferring physical records into a digital filing systemRetrieving data as requiredMaintaining and updating the database system as necessary

Requirements

Impeccable attention to detail Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools Strong ability to work quickly and accurately Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal and customer service skills
