Dental Receptionist | Full-Time | Chinchilla Dental Practice

Chinchilla Dental Practice has been your local Dentist since 1951. Our team are committed to providing quality dental care to the community of Chinchilla and the Greater Western Downs Region. We continue to employ locally and support our local community through funding and volunteer work.

We are looking for someone with the flexibility on hours, being able to work alternate shifts when required.

About the Practice

Our highly skilled dentists offer a wide range of dental treatments including preventative dental procedures, teeth whitening, cosmetic dentistry, implants, sedation, root canal treatment and other oral surgery procedures.

A snapshot of what you’ll be doing

• Be the first point of contact for our patients – Greeting patients, checking them in and offering our services while they await treatment;
• Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts;
• Play a pro-active role in each day’s appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible;
• Be an advocate for positive and pro-active dental care.

What we are looking for in YOU?

• Prior experience in Dental Reception / Dental Assistant job preferred but not essential;
• Experience with D4W software preferred but not essential;
• Friendly and positive attitude;
• Exceptional patient care;
• Ability to multitask and take initiative;
• Team focused; and
• High attention to detail
