Home Care Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

The The Home Care Scheduling Coordinator will:

• Be knowledgeable about the skills and availability of each caregiver.
• Be knowledgeable about the care needs and requirements of each client.
• Use our computerized scheduling system.
• Communicate and coordinate with caregivers, internal staff members, clients and/or their family members, case managers and other professionals who work with our clients to ensure seamless care coordination.
