Position Summary Details

The Parking Attendant has a variety of duties providing quality service for monthly parking customers and daily parking customers

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints with the proper amount of sympathy and empathy.

• Demonstrate ability to accurately determine job priorities

• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork.

• Provide Valet services as needed

• Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager. These special projects, at the determination of your manager, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), work history if available

• Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test

• Bilingual – Must be able to communicate effective in English

• Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive a manual transmission
