We have an opportunity to join our Corporate and Finance group as a Business Manager.

The Business Manager role is a key connection point across the Corporate & Finance group. As well as being a people leader, the Business Manager provides strategic business advice and ensures the effective delivery of operational support activities. Responsibilities include provision of strategic advice that supports policy and strategy development and managing a centralised business advice and administrative support team. The Business Manager holds a strategic overview of the group activities, with oversight and coordination of all planning, reporting, monitoring, budgeting, business excellence and risk management for the group.
There is plenty of opportunity to be involved in project management, continuous improvement initiatives and process design that adds value and continues ACC’s drive towards a customer-centric culture.
This is a Wellington based role.

The base salary range for this role is $117,422 – $152,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
