Accelerated Innovators is looking for a data entry clerk for our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm, to work in their office in Edgewood, NY.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 4PM (some weekends)

Responsibilities

• incorporating data into and maintaining structured systems
• monitoring client orders
• monitoring production schedules
• The position involves communication (in-person, email, telephone) with multiple teams including client representative and production operations teams.

• Ability to handle basic clerical work around the office to help support overall workflow

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
