Job Description

• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained, with supplies replenished as needed.
• Report lost property and handle guest laundry according to hotel policy, maintaining our standards of service.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition, reporting any issues and assisting with stocktaking.
• Maintain security of keys and guest rooms, staying observant and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Follow health and safety regulations for the proper use and storage of cleaning agents to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

You will be:

• Highly adaptable, with the ability to effectively embrace and respond to change
• Exceptional with time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Equipped with strong interpersonal communication skills, fostering positive relationships with team members and guests at all levels.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of housekeeping procedure
• Passionate for and focused on delivering excellence in hotel operation
