Redbridge Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators for our furniture production facility in Farmington, PA.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, advance your skillset, and grow your career in a highly coordinated, fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment.

Schedule: M-F, 7:30-4:00, with required overtime during peak season (June – August)
What you’ll do as a Machine Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate double-end tenoner, CNC woodworking center, shapers, drilling machines, sanders, and inspection station
• Load and unload jigs and fixtures
• Load material onto machines
• Unload and visually inspect parts
• Perform quality checks
• Maintain a clean workspace

What’s required of you:

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good housekeeping
• Team-player
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs. without limitation
• Prior experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20 per hour
